JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 380, 384 and 147 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner entered into the house of the complainant with fire arm and made attempt to outrage her modesty, when complainant made a complain to the father of the petitioner she was being abused and pressurized to transfer her house in favour of the petitioner and anothers. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the agnate of the complainant and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. It is further submitted that for the occurrence of 07.10.2013 the complaint

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10242 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 was filed on 10.10.2013 and no injury was caused to the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1259 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
