Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of statement of the co-accused. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 25394 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
