Case No. 281 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 of the Arms Act. A loaded country made pistol and live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2019 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Regard being had to the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
