The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.06.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15076 of 2019 by this Court in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 487 of 2018, pending in the court of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Samastipur, to the extent of extending the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11850 of 2020(2) dt.07-07-2020 2/2 The petitioners were granted the privilege of prearrest bail in the aforementioned case with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the aforesaid order dated 18.06.2019 but the petitioners failed to surrender in time in the court below. On the grounds mentioned in the present modification application, the date of surrender of the petitioners in the court below is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with the aforementioned case.
The order dated 18.06.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 15076 of 2019 by this Court is modified to the above extent only.
