Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the application filed on behalf of the petitioner No.1 Sarv Jeet Kumar as he has already been apprehended by the Police.
In view of the above, the application filed on behalf of the petitioner No. 1 Sarv Jeet Kumar is dismissed as withdrawn.
In course of argument, learned counsel appearing on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23087 of 2021(2) dt.28-06-2021 2/2 behalf of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3, namely, Manish Kumar @ Raju Kumar and Pintu Kumar @ Sunny Kumar prayed to withdraw the application filed on behalf of petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and seek regular bail.
In view of the above, the application filed on behalf of petitioners No. 2 and 3, namely, Manish Kumar @ Raju Kumar and Pintu Kumar @ Sunny Kumar is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and seek regular bail.
