JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. In the instant case total 10.5 litres of foreign liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. Considering the that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and he has got clean antecedent, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10715 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum- Special Judge, Excise Act, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 212 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
