JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 24-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Patory P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted that petitioner is father of Guddu Rai from whose possession country made pistol and one live cartridge is alleged to have been recovered.
From the seizure list, it is apparent that only one SIM of Airtel company was recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 5.3.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24243 of 2017 (2) dt.24-05-2017 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 93 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
