The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 1380 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant made allegation that both the petitioners dragged and naked her and tried to outrage the modesty.

It is submitted that there is a series of litigation. Dumra P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014 was lodged against the informant and his family members. Sundari Devi wife of Ramsreshtha Giri, father of petitioners also made same and similar allegation in Dumra P.S. Case No. 241 of 2014 in which Gauri Giri, husband of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8441 of 2016 (5) dt.27-06-2016 2/2 the complainant Rinku Devi, has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42144 of 2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is series of litigation of the same nature between both the parties who are neighbours, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Bipin Lavania, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class at Sitamarhi in Complaint Case No. 1380 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
