====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of writ mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs, order or direction commanding the Respondents to execute the Deed of agreement of plot of land in the residential colony, Digha Patna bearing plot no. 2M/123 allotted to his father late Narendra Kumar Sharma by the Housing Board's letter no. 3645 dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.3926 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/3 28.09.1991 (Annexure-4) and the respondent may further be directed to deliver possession of plot to the petitioner already allotted in the name of his late father by lottery and has already made payment of consideration amount as required by the Board time to time on installment basis during his life time.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances as also for refund of the amount deposited by him along with interest / compound interest. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off, by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
