JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Keeping in view the gravity of the offence and the fact that the custodial interrogation of the petitioners by the police may be required, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. This application for anticipatory bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 161 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger is hereby rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6555 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today and if they do so and seek regular bail, the court below shall consider the same on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of rejection of anticipatory bail application of the petitioners.
