The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399,402 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been further submitted that the informant in this case is none else but the police officer and interested man of the locality and even from the bare perusal of the entire case record, it would be evident that the present case is planned by

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Fulwaria P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017.
