The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 950 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
The allegation is regarding recovery of 50 liters of Mahua liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is has been falsely implicated in the present case.
