The petitioner being the husband of the informant is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of torture, making an assault and administering poison to the informant. Petitioner and informant are present.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and birth of four children. There is no medical report on the record. The petitioner has not caused any injury to the informant. The issue has been resolved

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8363 of 2016 (4) dt.08-08-2016 between the parties and informant and children are residing with the petitioner. The petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in para-9 of the petition.

Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, having A.O.R. No.

03902, learned counsel for the informant does not controvert the contention of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 195 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
