The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kesaria P. S. Case No. 110 of 2016, registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that while the informant's son was going on motorcycle, was shot by some miscreants and he had disclosed names of five co-accused persons to the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim had not disclosed the name of the petitioner merely on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2358 of 2018 (3) dt.31-01-2018 2/2 basis of suspicion as alleged earlier he and other persons had threatened the deceased on phone for not marrying the girl so has been implicated in this case and he is in custody since 09.08.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, East Champaran in connection with Kesaria P.S.Case No. 110 of 2016.
