The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Agrer P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 353, 224, 225, 332 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in brief is that on 13.11.2019 at 6.30 am, when he along with armed forced, during course of patrolling reached near Gayaghat in Reserved Forest land, he got a secret information that a heavy Haiwa was illegally taking stones and coming towards Nokha. When the said vehicle was chased by the informant and the same was apprehended near

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11049 of 2020(2) dt.16-06-2020 2/2 Agrer Market and when the informant tried to take the driver of the said Haiwa to the police station, 15 to 20 persons gathered there and created hindrance in discharging the official duty of the informant. They also forcibly took away the driver from the custody of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
