The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that in course of investigation, it is found that this is a case of suicide. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
