The petitioner is accused in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014 registered under Section 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping of Md. Afroj Ansari, son of the informant, by five persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner due to old land dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that son of the informant moved from his house for doing the job on 20.09.2014 and returned back on 08.12.2016 but on pressure of his family members, the victim disclosed the name of petitioner having hand in his kidnapping. Further submission is that

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014 . Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
