2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 195 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one Rajendra Yadav are said to have killed the deceased. He is in jail since 16.05.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that during investigation it has come that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
