Writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna that he will consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of permanent recognition keeping in view that the institution has been fulfilling the requirements right from the year 2005 and nothing is evident from Annexure-A to indicate as to why the next recognition should be conditional one and not permanent.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4633 of 2015 dt.06-07-2015 2/2 On an application being filed by the petitioner before the Principal Secretary, Department of Health, Government of Bihar, Patna with a copy of this order, the authority will surely consider and pass an appropriate order with the object of granting permanent recognition unless some infirmity comes in the way of the petitioner. The decision should be taken within a period of three months from the date of filing of such an application by the petitioner.
