KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 04-08-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "a) For quashing of the requirement no. 1 mentioned in letter no- Ref. No.:

PAO/177141/10 vide dated 133.12.2019 by which the respondents are asking for an undertaking as envisaged in clause 3.12.1 of "Detailed Guidelines for recognition of LPG Distributorship w.e.f. 01.11.2018" to be submitted by the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5106 of 2020(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/3 b) For quashing of the requirement no. 1 of the reminder letter sent by the respondent authorities vide letter dated 07.02.2020 whereby it is also stated that the failure of the abovementioned requirement will lead to cancellation of reconstitution application of the petitioner.

c) For commanding the respondents to reconstitute the distributorship of the petitioner and start the supplies forthwith without unnecessary delay.

d) For any other relief/reliefs that the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances in the case."

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.

Prayer allowed.
