This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Basantpur (Lakdi Naviganj) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioners are said to have fled away after leaving the illicit liquor which was being carried by them. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and in view of Full Bench decision of this Court rendered in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav vs. The State of
