The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 36 of 2016 arising out of Murliganj P.S.Case No. 39 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merits as also the fact that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the case is fixed for arguments, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the hearing of the arguments and pass final judgment in this case as early as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24388 of 2017 (3) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 possible and preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
