2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to not interfere in the peaceful possession over the land in question as R.S. Khata No.149, R.S. Plot No.470, Chak Plot No.480, Rakba 4.86 acre and Chak Khata No.223/K, Chak Plot No.478, R.S. Plot No.480, Rakba 3.86 acre, Mauja Karama, Anchal Kudra, P.S. Kudra, District Kaimur at Bhabua.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the land in dispute relating to R.S. Khata No.149, R.S. Plot No.470, Chak Plot No.480, Rakba 4.86 acre and Chak Khata No.223/K,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4464 of 2023(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 Chak Plot No.478, R.S. Plot No.480, Rakba 3.86 acre, Mauja Karama, Anchal Kudra, P.S. Kudra, District Kaimur at Bhabua has been settled to the petitioner by virtue of Annexure-1. He further submits that the respondent authorities want to dispossess the petitioner from the said land on which the petitioner is residing since last 40 years.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in case of threaten to dispossess, a special law namely Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) has been enacted by the Government of Bihar.

5. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy under Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 (Bihar Act 4 of 2010) within four weeks from the date of passing of this order.
