The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding recovery of stolen mobile and cash amounting to Rs. 1500/- from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 17.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
