This application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.09.2021 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 87408 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted provisional anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the Court below within eight weeks from the date of the order.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18355 of 2025(2) dt.27-07-2026 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond vide order dated 27.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.87408 of 2019, is hereby extended by four weeks from today, subject to the payment of cost of Rs.5000/- (Five Thousand Only) to be deposited in the Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekananda Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed with the modification as above.
