This is an application for bail in connection with Naugachia P.S.Case No. 149 of 2016, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 05 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears from perusal of the record that earlier a report has been called for from the court below regarding status of the case and the report shows that all the witnesses, including I.O. have been examined and the case is pending only for evidence of Doctor and for his examination date was fixed on `12.6.2017. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant also.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19951 of 2017 (3) dt.23-06-2017 2/2 Considering the fact that trial is at concluding stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, learned trial is directed to conclude the trial within a period of three months positively.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
