The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.91 of 2018 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case is only a counterblast to the earlier case filed by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13921 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 the petitioners. It is further submitted that the present complaint case is belated and afterthought with the ill-motive to harass the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegations and that there is one other criminal antecedent against the petitioners in which they have already been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad (Bihar), in connection with Complaint Case No.91 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
