Petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.230 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 401, 467, 468, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected with liberty to renew the prayer for bail after three months from the date of framing of charge.

Charge has been framed on 25.01.2019.

This Court finds that this bail application is premature because in terms of earlier order payer of bail should have been renewed after three months from the date of framing of charge. In such circumstances, this application is dismissed as

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11772 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 premature.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make all efforts to conclude the same as early as possible. Liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after three months from the date of framing of charge as observed earlier.
