Case No.164 of 2009, wherein the offences referable to Sections- 413 and 414/34 of I.P.C. were alleged.

Apprehending arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.5617 of 2012 in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Patna. The learned Judge rejected the application through order dated 12.2.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section-438 of Cr.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Even from the F.I.R., it is evident that a complaint has been received to the effect that an unclaimed vehicle was parked near a brick kiln for a few

In the event of arrest, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing the bailbond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) along with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram (Paliganj) P.S. Case No.164 of 2009, subject to the conditions laid down under Section-438(2) of Cr.P.C. (L. Narasimha Reddy,CJ) K.C.jha/- U T
