The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 371 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 22/20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

From the shop of the petitioner 35 packets of Ganja and some pouches of country made liquor were recovered. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
