1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.

2.The present petition has been filed for modification of order dated 22.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59062 of 2023( Modification) arising out of Cr. Misc. No. 36156 of 2023. On 22.09.2023, the petitioner was granted bail with one of the condition that "the petitioner shall furnish mobile no. at the time of furnishing bail bond and the said mobile no. shall continue in operating condition till disposal of the case and he shall get his presence marked before the officer-in-charge of the concern police station on the first Tuesday of every month". Learned counsel wants to modify the aforesaid part of the order.

3. There is no reason to modify the said condition.

4. Accordingly, the modification petition stands rejected.
