This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he opened Bank Account and put several forged cheques for encashment and those were encashed.
Submission of the petitioner is that the clearance of forged cheque is detectable by the drawee Bank also and nowhere it was checked is highly improbable. The Bankers are not accused in this case and it has not been established uptill now that the cheques, deposited in the Bank Account, is forged one. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 9.11.2016. Further submission is
