This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30 and 30(a) of Bihar Liquor Prohibition (Amendment) Act.

Recovery of liquor was from co-accused Sunil Kumar Singh. He confessed before the police and stated that the petitioner is his business partner.

Submission of the petitioner is that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.04.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
