The petitioner has been in custody since 17.01.2018 in connection with Giriak P.S. Case No. 425 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 409, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a PDS dealer and his licence has already been suspended and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with
