2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Salaiya, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh-462026 as respondent no.7 in course of day.

3. By filing the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:

i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/writs,order/orders,direction/directions directing the respondents,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3477 of 2024(2) dt.24-09-2024 2/3 particularly respondent nos. 3 to 5 to make correction in the name of parents of the petitioner.

ii) For issuance of a direction to the respondent Authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner and get it redressed in accordance with law.

iii) For any other relief/s for which the petitioner may be found entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.

4. Considering the prayers made on behalf of the petitioner, I deem it proper and in the interest of justice to direct the petitioner to file an application before the Principal, The Scindia School, The Fort Gwalior, M.P. (respondent no.6) along with other supporting documents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The respondent no. 6 is well-advised to forward the application filed by the petitioner to the Regional Officer, Central Board of Secondary Education, Salaiya, Bhopal (respondent no.7) within four weeks from the date of filing of any such application by the petitioner and the respondent no.7 shall be under obligation to consider the application of the petitioner and take necessary steps in accordance with law to make required correction in the name of the parents of the petitioner within six weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent nos. 7 shall be personally held responsible for non-compliance of this order
