Petitioners are in custody since 03.07.2016 in connection with S.T. No. 177 of 2016 arising out of Falka (Pothia) P.S. Case No. 243 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that earlier the prayer for bail of these petitioners has been refused by this Court with observation that prayer for bail of these petitioners shall be considered after framing of charge, which is evident from annexure-1. Now, charges have been framed in this case, which is evident from annexure-3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
