Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P for the State.

The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2022 dated 04.05.2022 registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the coaccused person are alleged to have snatched a mobile, a purse containing Rs. Five thousand, an ATM card, an Aadhar card and golden chain from the informant. They also snatched two mobiles

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15173 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 and Rs. 1450/- from Raushan Kumar and Laloo Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioner no. 1 has clean antecedent and the petitioner no. 2 is accused in one more criminal case as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner no. 1 and 2 are in custody since 05.05.2022 and 30.06.2022 respectively. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nalanda in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 313 of 2022.

The application stands allowed.
