The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Prosecution Report Case No. 05 of 2018-19 arising out of G.O. Case No. 92 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Ace, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 26.70 liters of illicit Nepali liquor and the petitioner was standing nearby when he was apprehended.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-Vth-cumSpecial Judge (Excise Act), Darbhanga in connection with Prosecution Report Case No. 05 of 2018-19 arising out of G.O. Case No. 92 of 2019.
