Mr.Shekhar Kumar Singh For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr.Atul Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-03-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Excise P.S. Case No. 21 of 2021-22 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On a secret information, the police recovered 139.56 litres of illicit liquor from the agricultural field where liquor was kept by the petitioner and the petitioner was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence.

In that view of the matter, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
