2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 506, 504 of the I.P.C. lodged on 04.03.2023 by the informant, Parmina Khatoon.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on the allegation of having stolen the motor set from the fish farm, her husband was brutally assaulted causing head injury. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier an FIR was lodged relating to motor pump having been stolen and it turned out to be the informant's husband. To save his skin, the FIR.

5. Learned APP points out that so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is direct allegation of causing injury on the head of the informant's husband which has also been noted by the learned Session Judge.

6. In that backdrop, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail, his anticipatory bail application stands rejected.
