Patna High Court CWJC No.10387 of 2012 dt.29-03-2017 2/2 been declared.

3. This writ application, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed nearly 19 years after the petitioner appeared in the B.A. Hons. Examination.

4. I do not find any justifiable ground taken in the pleading of the application for the delay in approaching this Court in writ jurisdiction.
