The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 135 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty local politics. Further submission is that petitioner named in the instant case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
