JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No.181 of 2017, a case under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

A loaded country-made pistol and two live cartridges were allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 28.08.217. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature. Considering the entire facts aforesaid especially conclusion of the trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of one year of custody on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15511 of 2018 (2) dt.20-03-2018 P2/ bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
