JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 308 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 354 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently Section 302 has been added.

Taking into consideration the allegations regarding burning life a girl, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

This application is dismissed.
