The petitioner seeks bail in Vaishali P.S. Case No.82 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(A), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 02.04.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent.
