This is a petition for grant of regular bail in connection with Galgalia P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 for offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation, in brief, is that the marriage of the daughter of this informant was solemnized four years back and she was tortured in connection with demand of dowry and she was found dead in unnatural circumstances.

Submission is that the petitioner informed that his wife committed suicide and he informed his fnl and they participated in cremation.

Learned counsel for the State submits that there is allegation of torture in connection with demand of dowry soon before the death and the petitioner is husband of the deceased.
