JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-12-2021 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners today in Court which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 448, 452, 323, 354(B), 509, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that there is relationship between the parties and the nature of dispute, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23600 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Rosera in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
