2. This writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 27.08.2019 passed by learned D.C.L.R., Madhepura in Land Ceiling Case No. 03 of 1997-98 whereby proceeding of land ceiling case has been dropped and petitioner was directed to receive his deposited amount.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous, in light of judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.4862 of 2020(3) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 13.10.2023, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 15060 of 2019 and other analogous writ petitions.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the contention made on behalf of State, however; he requests for disposal of the writ petition to avail other remedy.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.
