JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No.182 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(A), 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of injuries, which are simple in nature and the case does not fall within the ambit of Section 307 IPC, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
