Informant who fell trapped at the end of three motorcycle borne criminals, was deprived of motorcycle and during course thereof, was shot at causing injury over his thigh. From the case diary, it is evident that one Kanhaiya Yadav (para-27) was apprehended who made inculpatory extra-judicial confessional statement disclosing the petitioner to his associate who was also involved during course of the aforesaid occurrence. Save and except the aforesaid incriminating material, nothing has been collected by the police.

Accordingly, petitioner, Bandhan Kumar Yadav @ Ranjan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33638 of 2017 (3) dt.19-08-2017 Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Madhepura in Madhepura PS Case No. 188/2016.
